About
I take products from a rough idea to something thousands of people rely on, then build the systems that keep them simple as they grow.
I've grown with PriceLabs from a 30-person startup to a 400-person company, designing for everyone from individual hosts to enterprise portfolios. Before that: insurance flows at Beshak.org, freelance work, and a B.Tech at NIT Rourkela.

From intern to UX Designer 2 at PriceLabs

Taking a B2B platform mobile
Users needed to act away from the desk. I led mobile UX from strategy to launch.
- Mobile app: a lightweight design system, Dashboard and Calendar for small screens
- Action Center: recommended fixes for listings the Pulse algorithm flags
- Ongoing work on Base Price Help, the RM AI agent and the mobile roadmap
- 2023 – 2025UX Designer 1
Driving adoption, then scaling the platform
Powerful features went unused, so I focused on adoption; as the team grew, I built the system that let squads move faster together.
- Customisation editor redesign: +17% adoption; contextual nudges: +3.4% acceptance across 12K accounts
- The design system behind the company-wide React migration
- Pricing Calendar IA, Portfolio Analytics and Market Dashboards
- 2021 – 2023Design Intern
Learning the domain
How professional users make high-stakes decisions with data, and how a tool earns their trust.
- Listing calendar metrics, filters and the competitor-set flow
- Nudge and email framework; a revenue estimator

UI design for insurance recommendation flows at Beshak, freelance work for small teams, and a B.Tech at NIT Rourkela alongside HCI courses from the Interaction Design Foundation.

How I work
I work closest to the problem: reading usage data and support threads, talking to hosts, then designing in the order things get built so engineering never waits. Success is set up front and checked after launch, so every big decision has a number behind it.
- Find the real problemUsage data, support threads and interviews before any screen.
- Set the numberAgree what success looks like before designing.
- Build to feel itPrototype in code when hover, density or motion matter.
- Ship and checkMeasure after launch, then fold it into the system.
Mentoring
I mentor designers through critiques and reviews, and run workshops for product and engineering teams, including the documentation and guidelines that let squads use the design system without waiting on design.
Ideas I tested by building them
Drag the rod: wireframe to shipped UI, with the tokens behind each part.

Product, decisions, money and history. Pull a book out to read what stayed with me.
Life beyond the pixels
Painting, offsites, conference booths and a lot of team dinners. Flick the top print away to see the next one.
